H\u00e9las il est aujourd\u2019hui en proie \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation assez pouss\u00e9e. Assez fissur\u00e9s, ses piliers t\u00e9moignent de l\u2019\u00e9tat critique de l\u2019ouvrage. L\u2019eau a \u00e9rod\u00e9 de nombreuses parties de la fondation, la rendant de plus en plus moins solide et rendant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des usagers inqui\u00e9tante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Aujourd\u2019hui, il faut dire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 : le pont est consid\u00e9rablement d\u00e9grad\u00e9. Avec ces engins lourds qui y passent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, sa dur\u00e9e de vie est r\u00e9ellement compromise. Les piliers sont pratiquement endommag\u00e9s. Nous qui utilisons ce pont savons pertinemment que la situation est critique. C\u2019est le moment de lancer une alerte avant qu\u2019il ne soit trop tard.
